MISSION STATEMENT (CLRC)
Provide life-long learning experiences through the sport of rowing that enhances one’s personal development and inspires healthy competition in a cohesive team-focused environment.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
CLRC encourages healthy, positive, and cohesive relationships among its membership. We strive for a friendly competitive spirit and a positive reputation in the eyes of other teams, parents, officials, and our community at large. We promote an “open door” policy and culture where members and the CLRC Board of Directors work together to create a positive and inspiring environment. In addition, to our adult Masters rowing program, it is our mission to support and encourage high school students to attain their personal best and to value team spirit through The CLRC Juniors program.
